“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together.” (Hebrews 10:24)
Consider utilizing this tool to improve parish council meetings. Every so often, not after every meeting, ask the parish council for three additional minutes at the end of the meeting to complete an eight-question survey recording their impressions of the meeting and how they might like to see the meeting changed. Have them turn them in to the priest or parish council chair. Within the next day or two, while memories are still fresh, read the responses and share these with the parish council chair exploring together how the meeting might be improved.
